Mlearn Methodology

MLearn Methodology was created by SisConsult and has been developed with contributions coming from its implementation in jobs run in clients and from academic discussions in some universities, particularly at University of Minho, Portugal.

  • Organizational Architecture: Illustrates the components of the architecture including organizational competences at the macro level processes, activities and tasks, scenarios and processes (workflows)

  • Human Resources: Illustrates the definition of the individual objectives as a tree and linked to the organizational architecture and the organizational chart
